Through sustainable agroforestry and the use of organic compost, we improve soil health and ensure 100% ripe cherry harvesting for Fine Robusta and other Premium Coffees. Our modern facility uses processing methods like honey and anaerobic fermentation, supported by optical sorters and fermentation monitoring systems to maintain consistency and bring out the best in flavor. We also support farmers through training, climate-adaptive research, and by turning coffee pulp into fertilizer—making the supply chain both efficient and community-driven.

In Bao Loc, we collaborate with farmers to cultivate coffee using sustainable agroforestry and organic compost to enrich soil health, ensuring 100% ripe cherries for Fine Robusta (CQI 80+) and other High-quality coffee, while supporting farmers’ livelihoods through fair trade, adhering to Rainforest Alliance standards for biodiversity, and providing workshops on climate-resilient farming techniques.

Advanced Processing

Our facility elevates the quality of both Fine Robusta and Premium Coffees through techniques like the honey process and natural anaerobic fermentation, which develop vibrant fruity, sweet, and nutty flavor notes. Optical sorting machines remove underripe and defective beans, ensuring only fully ripe cherries are processed. Each fermentation batch is closely monitored to ensure consistency and flavor integrity. After processing, Coffee waste materials are is recycled into organic fertilizer for local farms fostering a circular and sustainable coffee production system.
